Prince painted Los Angeles purple on Thursday night as part of his Welcome 2 America Live "21 Nite Stand" concert residency at The Forum. The music icon's show drew famous faces including Christina Milian and Kelis, who walked the purple carpet.
"Prince is a good friend of mine. He's really cool," the "Dip It Low" singer previously told Rap-Up. "He's a genius for everything that he does, but he's an inspiration for me. I've had a lot of great intelligent conversations with him about the music business as well as about religion and just a lot of different things. He's inspired me in a lot of ways and it's good to know that somebody like him is around that I can go to for advice."
Milian was invited onstage to dance with her mentor, who offered concertgoers $25 tickets. "Yeah… I only just got off the stage from dancing with Prince.. Awe he's the best," she gushed.
