Preview 'Jumping The Broom' Movie

 

T.D. Jakes and Tracey E. Edmonds are teaming for a new film that details a collision of worlds when two African-American families from different socioeconomic backgrounds get together for a wedding.

The film stars Laz Alonso and Paula Patton, who plays his love interest, as they begin their journey down the aisle one weekend in Martha's Vineyard.

The romantic comedy also stars Loretta Divine who plays Alonso's mother, Angela Bassett, Meagan Good, Romeo Miller and comedian Mike Epps.
"Jump The Broom" will be released Mother's Day, May 6 2011.
