A few artists lent their musical talents to the NBA All-Star Game on Sunday night. The night started off with the Canadian National Anthem sung by Melonie Fiona. Our anthem was sung by Josh Groban.
Following the the break, Lenny Kravitz rocked the house and introduced the Eastern Conference All-Stars with his performance of his 1993 chart-topping hit single, "Are You Gonna Go My Way?". He then introduced the opposing team, the Western Conference All-Stars with his latest single and the NBA All-Star Anthem, "Come On And Get It". After the introductions were all said and done, Kravitz performed "I Want To Get Away". *sighs* Who doesn't love a man on a guitar, let alone Lenny Kravitz?
Finally, the half-time show was performed by the birthday girl, Rihanna. The 23 year-old started off her performance with a short classical accompanied version of her 2007 hit, "Umbrella", then brought us back to 2011 with her performances of "Only Girl (In The World)", "Rude Boy" and "What's My Name?" Rapper Drake made a surprise appearance. Kanye West showed up on their song, "All of The Lights". Not a bad performance. Peep tons of pics and all the performances below.
