This "cottage" was originally put on the market last year when it's owner found out she was pregnant. But between marrying her baby-daddy-to-be and getting ready for motherhood, selling the home fell to the back burner. Now that she and her hubby are first time parents of a baby boy, they're letting it go for $3.15mil. Can you guess which international couple is leaving this crib behind?
That is the 3-bedroom, 4-bath home of Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem, who welcomed baby Leo to el mundo in late January. The house was originally listed for $3.7million last year.
The house is a "Balinese modern" sitting on a quarter acre, with city views of L.A., hardwood floors, a gourmet kitchen, and a pool with it's own outdoor king-sized canopy bed.
