Willow Smith debuted her new single, "21st Century Girl" on Tuesday on The Oprah Winfrey Show. The 10 year-old gave a energetic and heavy choreographed performance of her new song and her first single, "Whip My Hair". Oprah invited the young actress to help co-host the All-Time Smartest, Most Talented Kids special. Gotta love Willow.
